2941 NE Ainsworth. Activities, services and meals provided on a daily basis for HIV+ and PWA. Also included are counseling (both informal and crisis counseling), showers, clothing, computer access, massage and haircuts. There are no fees for any of the HIV Day Center services. Hours are 9:00 until 3:00 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.. Closed Wednesday, Saturdays & Sundays. The Day Center also has a limited number of tri-met bus passes for regular clients.

426 SW Stark St. An HIV case manager provides the best information and help in accessing financial aid, treatment, services and health care for people living with HIV. Call for an intake appointment. Provided for Multnomah County HIV Clinic clients.
5525 SE Milwaukie Ave. People wanting to be clients of Partnership should do their intake through the joint CAP/PP intake team at CAP. The Partnership Project serves people with HIV/AIDS from Multnomah, Clackamas, Clark, Washington, Yamhill and Columbia counties. This is where to send most people for case management. The Partnership Project brings together nurses, social workers and community case managers from several organizations. The case management team works together to help people living with HIV coordinate medical and social serices. Some Spanish speaking staff. Can arrange for translators for most languages and ASL. Tri-Met bus route #19 stops by location.
426 SW Stark. 4th Floor. Staff includes case management, medical providers, advice nurse, community health nurses, medical social workers, and dietitians. They provide a lab, pharmacy, Mental Health, nutrition program, case management, x-ray services, and out-patient alcohol / drug treatment referral.

Current support groups include strong feelings and change, gay men's process group, yoga, men's peer support group, skills to manage your life, and meditation. For days and times please call. Also a mental health provider who can be reimbursed through Medicaid.
A program of Cascade AIDS Project. A five session small group program for men living with HIV designed to reduce stress levels around issues of disclosure and to teach poitive skills in order to create successful personal relationships. Open only to men who have sex with men and are HIV+. An incentive $50 gift card is offered upon completion of the program.
